I am a certified Personal Trainer through NFPT, which is an accredited training program. I am also certifed as a sports nutrition specialist and I am working to achieve my master certification with the completion of two additional certifications.

I am a 36 year old father of 2 boys and 1 girl. I have over the last 4 years lost a total of 90lbs and I am looking forward to sharing the knowledge that I have gained with new people who are looking to achieve similar goals. I am also competing in races now and would like to help you train for the same. I currently compete in the Warrior Dash and Tough Mudder as well as triathlons, duathlons and charity races.
Shane is an awesome instructor. He is very knowledgeable and is great at explaining/demonstrating how to do the exercises. He is also very patient which is helpful when you need to modify the exercises based on your fitness level. The workouts he has me do kick my butt, but I love it!!!
